Graphics Need advice on r9 290x

Which model is the best version as far as cooling is concerned? I know the ROG version is the best on all front
but its too expensive hoping for something in the 500+. Basically which is the best bang for the buck version of the 290x
(since all of the reading ive done makes it seem like the performance this board gets is by SUPER OCing)

in order of price my choices would be

powercolor pcs+
sapphire tri-x
sapphire vapor x
msi lightning

 

More like in order sheer ass kicking

Sapphire Toxic
Saphire Vapor
DirectuCUII
Lightning

TBH if you're not trying to color coordinate and the ROG is too expensive, then sapphire is toting the
red flag on all fronts this run

 

Yeah that's what blows the stock 290x sucks so u need to pay 780 ti prices to get an rog and even cheaper are still way expensive think I'll go with the
