Hi, everyone! I'm brand new on this site and think it's great! A Quick background...I am building a Knight Rider car out of a 1984 Firebird. I have all the circuits for the dash, scanner, etc., but there is a circuit that I should be able to build but can't find a schematic on it. I know I can buy it from a guy in Germany for 85 Euros, which is about $125, but the circuit just doesn't seem like it should cost that much. I know I can build it if I just had the schematic. That being said, it's called the Surveillance mode, and was used when the car was left unattended to put the outside scanner on. It's a simple LED bar display that lights each LED in sequence. They all stay on until the last one is lit, then they each go out in sequence, and this cycle continues until you shut it off. The really tricky part is there is a graduating tone as each LED is lit and unlit. Now, I know there is a way to do this with micro controllers, but I'm an old resistor, capacitor, transistor guy, and would like to build it with normal components. I would appreciate ANY help with this. Thanks so much. I'm including a link for the YouTube video so you can see what I'm talking about. Chris
