Graphics need fast reply, asus or leadtek?

i recently sent my faulty leadtech winfast A250LE TD my VIVO (GF4 Ti4200) back and they have said that i can either wait a bit and get a replacment (same make ect) or get an Asus v9280 (ti4300). i need to know what the diffrence is and which one people think is better? i have looked and compared the cards on the manufactures sites. need quick responce as i need to call them back today (with in 2hours)

 

personally jayson i'd stick with the leadtek, i have one in my hp and this thing has never caused one problem..... unlike most of the other stuff in it!
