I'll keep this simple and to the point. I have an unhealthy lifestyle. I don't eat well, and I don't exercise. I spent a lot of my free time sitting on my ass in front of my computer. I'm 23, 174cm tall (5'7") and weigh 84KG (13st 3 pounds), which gives me a BMI of 27.7, which puts me halfway between overweight and obese. If you were to look at me, you wouldn't really notice it but its really growing round the belly. I'm worried that if I don't turn things around now it will just get harder and harder to change in the future. I'm joining the police within a year and don't want to run out of breath after chasing someone for 10 metres! Can anyone recommend some websites with information regarding health and fitness programmes?
