I got my dad to “pinch” me some perspex from work but its in real bad condition, its hazed over with small scratches. Ive tried T-cut but it don’t help that much. :(

    Any ideas?!

If it's really bad then I would suggest rubbing it down all over with fine wet/dry >800 until it is frosted and all the scratches have been removed and then polish it using car rubbing compound to restore the finish. - Very time consuming :(

Can you recommend a good car rubbing compound and tell me where I can get it from? :)

would rubbing it over with 1200 get a "frosted look"?

Since you are in the UK - Halfords. Comes in an areosol as spray foam.

    1200 would do.
