When I try to run Generals Zero Hour on my new computer, It says that there was an error either with overheated hardware or hardware that doesnt meet the minimum specifications. I have an AMD 64 3700+ processor, Radeon 9700 128mb video card, 1g of ram, and no clue why it wont run! I know that the processor has speed step and runs at a lower frequency at lower loads, but all my other games seem to not mind the lower clock speed at start up. Please help me out, Ive tried everything I know to try and get it to work.

This is the sort of thing they will fix in game patches - make sure you have the latest patch for it installed.
Failing this you could always try disabling the stepping thing in the bios and see if thats causing it.

The Patches are messed up too!!!

I tried getting the patches but they say I dont have enough hard drive space free... but i do. I am not sure if there is a way to bypass the game checking for compatiblity?
