Electronics Need help with HDD Activitymeter

    Hello

    Just have a question. Is there any way you can get the HDD activity from a SATA HDD like with the IDE HDD?

    And if yes, how do you connect it to the HDD Activity Meter from the modding section is this page??

    So new SATA drives may support LED activity, and some SATA controllers have a header to attach LEDs. YMMV.

    Oh wow, I was wondering this also, cheers! I bought a new 250GB SATA2 drive the other week. Should be new enough, eh?
