Overclocking Need Help With RAM overclocking

    I bought some Ram and my Motherboard set the Ram to Cas LAtency 9 9-9-9-24 and the RAM was advertised on Newegg at Cas Latncy 7 7-7-7 21 and i want to change it to that and am unsure how to fix it...I am using AMD over drive software, or i can do it in the BIOS if someone could explain exactly what i need to go into and what i need to change

    Also I bumped the MhZ in the Bios up to 800, and my RAM is rated for 1333 and The Bios will not let me go higher than 800 and it does not recognize it it only shows at 667
