I've got a virus that is un-readable and norton cant delete it qurentine it or anything i cant delete it nothing and it is screwing me over because now i cant go on ebay or paypal because it is a virus that send out any personal info to someone. How do i get rid of this?
ok here is some info on it http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.spybot.worm.html i cant delete the registry keys because i cant get into regedit it just closes as soon as i open it.
Just so you know, your eBay and paypal info will ahve been sent out already if it's going ot do so. It can do it anytime, as it connects through by itself. Have you got a fully updated definition file ? Tried accessing your registry outside of Windows ? Perhaps even with another computer ? Not to sure otherwise. . . Uh. . Format ?
Well i got rid of it by downloading a registry thing, i hope it didnt send out ebay and paypal.... that would suxx0r @$$
