Okay well my mouse and keyboard just died because when moving them i droped them down the stairs along with a stero and speakers..... Well i am willing to spend about 200 bucks max total here is what i'm looking for: 1.mouse must have a good feel and not a million macro keys, 2. I Prefer a razer band or Logitech. 3. keyboard must be back lit and as for brand any just as long as its good quality and not loud keys haha 4. prefer a usb port on the keyboard and maybe audio if they make that. I had a black mouse with a blue logo no sure what company but i loved it any ideas? i paid about 70 bucks for it a year ago
Probably was Razor, they tend to have designs like that. My suggest to you, in terms of looks, what you need, and comfort is the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. I have it, and I LOVE mine! (the LED are white colors.. here the camera made them look light blue'ish). Yes you can control the light intensity (high, med, low, off), no it doesn't glare in your eyes. Yes it's a very nice feature to have. Media buttons works for all program I throw at it.The software for the additional button is optional, but recommended if you want to disable some buttons like Win key, CapsLock or something, configure the media keys, and have an onScreen display of when you adjust the volume and everything. The keyboard has the standard 3 light indicators,. They are embedded in the plastic at the bottom, right side, under the num pad. The lights is also white. F# keys works as expected (not media key by default, but can be switched via software), you use the function key to access the media keys. This means it wont' affect your gaming your application like some other keyboards do. It's slim, elegant, and simple. Quiet to type too, for a desktop keyboard. It looks like a laptop keyboard, it essentially is, BUT the spring on the keys, their shape and size makes them massacre a laptop keyboard. So you have the cool look of one, but not it's downsides. The keyboard is heavy, and very solid. Worth every penny, including the warranty service (imagine a company that won't ask you to ship the broken product to them, and they will send you a NEW product even if it's the last day under warranty with any fees... yea! that's the awesomeness of Logitech). There is a wireless version.. Logitech claims long battery life.. but I don't know. The wired one has excellent reviews.. I did not check for the wireless version. Keyboards with USB hub in them is not helpful.. you'll find with too many things that won't fit due to the device size. Just plug it on your monitor, it's easier, and works better for all size devices. As for mouse... there is no perfect mouse.. it depends on your hands. I love my MX Revolution, and I like the MX Performance mouse (Revolution is a bit more comfortable for my hand, and longer battery life form 1 recharge, but is discontinued). Yes, I have both mouse. Go to your local store and see how it handles in your hand, if you like the Professional MX, then you'll like a lot the mouse. It also works perfectly on smooth surfaces and on glass.
