If you have pushed it as far as you can on stock voltages, bump the voltage up a bit. Max on air about 1.9v just go up in steps untill the clock speed is stable :)

Some more info would be helpfull.

What is your multiplier set to ?
What is your FSB set to ?
What CPU core voltage are you running ?
What RAM voltage are you running ?
What Northbridge voltage are you running ?
What make an model of RAM do you have ?
What RAM timmings are you running ?

A Barton 2500 should run fine at XP3200 speed, 11x200 with a little increase in core voltage, and assuming your RAM can handle 200MHz (well DDR400 PC3200 will do)

Lets assume that your Processor is multiplier locked (all newer ones are), thats not a big problem because its deafult is 11 which should give a stable result.

This only leaves you the option to increase the FSB, which I take it you have already tried.
You wont need to increase the RAM voltage untill you start getting above 200MHz FSB, but as you get to 175MHZ or there about, you will need to start increasing the CPU voltage.
Just increase the FSB, if it fails to boot or crashes increase the voltage a little, keep doing this until you find its limits.
    11x200 should be very achevable.

Your RAM timmings appear a bit strange, is the first digit (8) you CAS figure?
If it is it should be set to 2, 2.5, or 3 .
