The early bird catches the worm, and such; maybe you shouldn't have procrastinated! Sorry dude, I guess now you have to go through the hassle of finding a new place and moving all your stuff.
Oh well, I'm trying to think of it as an oppertunity. And at least i'm not the only one. She kicked out her brother so he is gone. The other guy is out at the end of this month and yesterday the new girl put in her notice with me. So now the house will be empty. But its not my problem.
Haha! Yeah, but we wont be living together, she needs a pet friendly home and they are hard to find. She's actually a perfect roommate. Kind, considerate, clean, respects other people. She was actually instrumental in getting me to move out. Its a shame that she's more into women than men.
Jesus, man! You really need to find some other nice girls but landlords and lesbs! I was already about to tell you the landlord just wants the new girl to move out as she wants you for herself, but I guess that doesn't work either if she's banging someone else. It's all a bit confusing, with landlord living in the same apartment? Dunno. I'm about to move within the next month or so, hopefully I get my old mate for a room mate, but if that doesn't happen them I'm gonna have to try my luck with all sorts of psychos as well.
Its a house. She owns it. Which kind of sucks, as we have a list of "rules" that she feels no need to follow. Going to look at a place today. Its a bedroom in a house. Looks nice from the pics, person living there is a guy. No more women.
Its actually quite common out here as the vacancy rate in Edmonton almost hit zero a year or two ago. Everything was full. The first place I moved into in Alberta had 6 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. That wasn't as bad as it sounds. It would of been fine if the one guy hadn't been a violent drunk.
