On the (probably) correct assumption that it is an X58 motherboard, what CPU cooler are you going to use? The reason being is that, depending on the board, some coolers may not fit with taller RAM installed e.g. the Ripjaws or Dominators.

MoBo Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3 Motherboard [90-MIBD80-G0EAY00Z] CPU Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz (Bloomfield) (Socket LGA1366) - Retail [BX80601930] Might go with the i7 950 though, its the same price! You know of any reason why?
if your using the titan fenrir it'll cover the first slot on some asus boards, my P6TD deluxe being a prime example, so if I ever get the urge to go for 12gig it's got to come off. The Noctua NH-U12P does fit how ever, so something to think about there.
