Windows Need some new game suggestions

I am looking for a few new games to play. For some reason I just cant enjoy most of my games at the momment. I assume its because although most of them are great, the majority fit into either the FPS or Hack and Slash RPG genre and have given myself a overdose. I want something different, not sure what exactly though, something RPG'ish.

In particular any games along the lines of Neverwinter Nights 2 (never played the first) or the Summoner. Two games I really enjoyed and would happily play through them again.

I played Oblivion, did not like it at all really. However I really enjoyed Gothic 3 (I own 1 and 2, yet to play em), played Risen, it was good but I did not enjoy it anywhere near as much as Gothic 3.

I enjoyed Dragon Age a lot (Going to order 2 soon, going for cheap), I liked Mass Effect 1, not so much number 2.

I love most of the Final Fantasy series, although I dont own a PS3 or Xbox 360. Just a PS2 and the PSP

So I am hoping someone out there can read into those games and suggest some great games to play. I dont care about age or graphics more than happy to play older games. Just anything please, so bored with my current stuff!

 

Have you tried the Nehrim expansion to Oblivion? Basically a free mod that gives a completely different world / lore / story etc.

 

Yea I have. It was good, although as hard as they tried to hide it, still felt a lot like Oblivion. I might give it another play through on my new system, old system struggled with it. All those props and what not.

I got the from the steam sale a few months back. Not played it yet, think id like it then?

I think you'll enjoy vampire. Its classic "old school" role-playing which seems to be your preferred style.
However will be worth applying thisfan patch.

 

Yea I have played both the Witcher and the Witcher 2. Enjoyed both of them.

I am playing now on my Xbox battle field 3 and the god of wars both games are very enjoyable
so guys i suggest to you that you should also play this stuff.

 

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Not played much of Bloodlines yet but it seems very good, just need to get stuck in.

I have been thinking about getting Morrowind, I really did not like Oblivion (the gameplay, story, world - all to empty) so how do you think the two might compare? Think I could get into Morrowind?
