    Hai.

I need some new musak please.

If anyone listens to Radio 1, let's treat this like the Music Generator on lovely Fern Cotton's show.

I'll give you three albums I can listen to forever and never get tired of, and you guys recommend me some shtuff I can try. Then, it can be someone else's turn, if anyone is interested.

Three albums I listen to in entirety and LOVE are...

    - Radiohead: OK Computer
    - Muse: Absolution
    - Rocco Deluca & The Burden: I Trust You To Kill Me

I would've included Snow Patrol but I did say three.

    Advices gratefully received.

Even though it's not what you asked for I'd have a trawl through the "What have you been listening to?" thread. That has masses of odd music that folks enjoy listening to. :)

Have I been parachuted into another dimension? Since when did Slipknot turn to Stone Sour with extra emo?

I will resist the urge to suggest a ridiculous amount of metal bands...

I'm mainly going by OK Computer...

Animal Collective - Merriweather Post Pavilion
    Panda Bear - Person Pitch
Bear in Heaven - Beast Rest Fourth Mouth
    Grizzly Bear - Veckatimest
    Beach House - Teen Dream
    The Arcade Fire - Funeral
Wolf Parade - Apologies To The Queen Mary
    Dirty Projectors - Bitte Orca

I could go on and on and on and will if you like... These are some of the best alternative pop albums of recent years.

E.S. Posthumus do something a bit ... cinematic, you might notice them providing BGM for top gear many, many times... yeah, enjoy :)

If you like something a bit differant then head over to dontstayin.com. They have some ace mixes in the Mix of the week section. Everything from minimal techno to hardstyle.

Thanks for being willing buuuut metal is not my thing!

I'm good for now, anyone else want to play the Bit-Tech musak generator??
