I'm looking for a Vandal Resistant Latching/non-Momentary Switch.

Similar to the Bulgin switches but instead of momentary - latching or alternate action so it can be used to turn on and off cathode lights, etc...

Here is an example of what I'm looking for:

Kazza used it on his project.

But I live in the US and their US distributor isn't distributing their stuff from what I can tell (might be wrong).

Anyone know where I can find something similar?

Your RS link is no good, but in any case I remember a discussion about this (around the time that the Bulgin switches were first mentioned) and one of the electonics gurus suggested a circuit to allow the momenary swithc to have a latching effect. Or was I mistaken.
