Electronics neon probs again.

I've wired the neon light to the inverter as in the bit-tech article, just one question. At the far end of the string from the inverter, do you have to connect the two very thin wires to the thick one to make a circuit or do you leave it alone. Cheers.

 

No, they should NOT touch. It is a good idea to seal the end with some heatshrink.
