I have Nero Express to burn CD's. verion "5, 5, 10, 54" (i did properties on the shortcut.) i have **legal** .mp3's on my computer. i don't run Kazaa or anything like that. I've tried to burn a couple CD's lately, and it says "no compatible file found" or "File type not supported" when i try to put a track on the playlist. whats up? could this be fixed by reinstalling?

once again, these are legal tracks, and i don't run piracy programs.

Are the files in mp3 or another format? If the latter, eg ogg, make sure you have the plugins for nero

yeah, I tried to burn a .mp3 disc and all this unpleasantness happened. I didn't change or delete anything (as far as i know...)

I'm just gonna fudge it and actually go through the agonizing task of REINSTALLING... no rest for the wicked, eh? :sigh: typing makes me tired
