    Hey fellas...
was talking to my brother yesteday about gaving a load of people around at my house for some network games. Lan partyish.
Only problem being we dont have fantastic machines....

lowest spec computer being around 500mhz and 384mb ram.

are they any half decent games which we can run over a wireless network just to have some fun.. if need be i can buy individual games and multiple copies too.
Just for a bit of a laugh really :)

    any ideas?

the original colin mc rae title is good fun on LAN as well as rally masters if you can find it, we'd play for hours on a LAN, much fun, should run on a low spec machine I used to play on a K6 300 with a TNT or was it Geforce DDR.

the non source Counter strike 1.6 has pretty low resource requirements too.

Counter strike 1.5 would work good on it,
UT and duke 3D would work easy.

to clear things up what type of game do you wanna play as age of empires has a good lan option.

mainly just some stuff to have a laugh with.. things like worms are ideal cause everyone remembers worms and if we get pissed up... then it'll make it even funnier!

counter strike and the likes are hard to think about when ur tispy or drunk:)
