    " limited or no conectivity
you might not be able to access the internet or some network resources. this probs occured because the network did not assign the network address to the computer "

but should i click repair after i turn on the router?. is there any method to assign the network address to my computer?

It sounds like you're turning on the router after turning on the PC. environmentally frendly it may not be but routers are generally intended to be always on, then when your PC is turned on it requests an IP address via DHCP and the router assigns it one. if the router is off or still initialising at this point then it's going to fail.

To get around it do one of two things - leave the router turned on or statically assign an address to your PC.

When the router has finished booting.
As far as i gater all it does is delete the ip assignd by winows and requests an ip from the router.
    Nothing scary.
