    Ha, i have one of those exact machines here somewhere. My dad bought it from pc world, he wouldn't listen! It still works afaik, this one has a whopping 10gb hdd and ~ 256mb ram!

    edit :

    e-machine next to an equally useless time pc. I think that is an AMD-K6-III with 32mb of ram. A quick google for the amd cpu brings up AMD's official site.

    AMD-K6®-III Processor

    * Tremendous Processing Power for the Home
    * Outstanding Performance for Business Users
    * Realistic 3D Computing Experience
    * Innovative TriLevel Cache™ Design

    Hmm!

    Snapped a pic this morning of the one that I was given. The pic didn't turn out once I saw it on my computer, very dark. Sadly, the OP has me beat. Mine is only 500mhz.

    I'm not sure if that cdrom drive could keep up with the speed of the cpu.

    "Plus, upgrade your PC to the fastest model on the market every 2 years for only $99!"

    Do they mean the fastest PC they can find at a carboot sale?
