Linux new 2 linux

hi just installed mandrake 9.1 im posting from it right ow, my system is now a dual boot linux and XP i want 2 set XP as default startup how do i config the bootloader 2 do this also wer is the bootloader?

And the bootloader your using is . . . . ?

 

if your using lilo

edit /etc/lilo.conf and look for the different sections for each boot option, then just put the one you want to boot first at the top of all the boot image options, save, type lilo at a command prompt, reboot and all should be well
