New 8800GTX has broken BF2142

    I've just upgraded to an 8800GTX and now BF2142 doesn't run anymore. The splash screen appears and then the engine loads full screen, shows a black screen for a second and then crashes.

    Every other games works, and i've tried dozens, so it seems to be specific to this game.

    Anybody have any idea?

    Nevermind, i managed to fix it myself. I deleted the entire BF2142 folder in My Documents and it seemed to fix it. The old profiles and settings must have been made incompatible for some reason.
