I have just installed a new HIS 7950 with boost and am very happy with its performance.
I adjusted the brightness in CCC and in Windows, all is fine.
But in games I find myself upping the gamma and brightness more than I ever had to with my previous card, An Asus GTX 670.
Have I not set things up correctly, is this a general AMD 'thing'?
And darks are way too 'dark' if that makes sense!
    Any help greatly appreciated.

ignoring the madness of buying a 7950 from a 670.

Sounds like a driver problem to me assuming your connecting with the same lead to the same port. Could also be a bad overclock on the card.

    It was financial.

7950 still a mighty fine card.
No overclock applied yet as I have just had it.
Just downloaded and am going to try the latest AMD driver released today.
