Very impressive, cant wait till the film comes out. I like the bit where one of the twins sits in the air and does the ghost thing into the car seat, not much to be seen of niobe or persephone. Generally looks outstanding im sure ill see it more than once at the cinema. Alex
How come every time I download something QuickTime from The Matrix website I get no sound??? (Plugin not found on the server blah blah) Looks ace still... Seems they're giving away an awful lot in the trailer though?
Yeah, it's THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE. And K, eah, I'm kinda worried that maybe they're showing you all the good bits already, ah well, looks good, shall have to see. How come when you click the Windows link it downloads a bloody mov file ? Shouldn't it be a WMV or MPG ? What does the Mac one get ? a WMV ? *goes about removing the Quicktime filth from her computer*
Has anyone else seen The Final Flight of the Osiris? It shows just before Dreamcatcher in the theatres. You kinda get how they are going to tie together the animatrix and the video Matrix and the game and such. The thing about the Machines digging was discovered by the Osiris...thus the reason she was destroyed. Oh, and the animated G-String rocked.
I'm guessing you're still using QT5 - I had the same problem at work, but home at where I have QT6, everything was fine (and LOUD! )
It is about the compression format used, a mac system uses SIT, the pc ZIP. MOV is a standard format used for trailers, in fact I can't remember many trailers that weren't released in mov format. Look on the bright side at least it isn't an RM file,
I cannot wait for the new matrix films to be out, I absolutely loved the first one it is my favourite film of all time and the soundtrack is amazing! I hope these ones live up to expectation
I see. I didn't bother clicking the link, I figured ZIP was a common one (I know MOV is too, but it's an Apple thing) An RM file would have gotten ZERO TRAFFIC. Meh. Still looks cool, except for the lovely data corruption Windows ahs decided is fun to do to all my video files when I try to play them . . . . . . .
at least you didnt do that with an 150mb file, like I did last week. My speed is hard enough to maintain without downloading unreadable data.
Not wanting to boast or anything but I know the 2 twins in the film - the one's that do the ghost thing. Adrian used to be a silversmith and Neil used to be a builder so they got pretty damn lucky getting a part in the Matrix films! You might recognise them from some lunch-time DIY programs on British TV. I only know them cos my parents are friends with their parents. Just thought I would share that with you
