    Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3750640AS 750GB Serial ATA (3.0Gb/s) 7200RPM Hard Drive w/16MB Buffer

ASUS DRW-2014S1T 20X SATA DVD Burner Black Drive (X2)

    ULTRA X3 800W Energy Efficient Modular ULT40071
    or
THERMALTAKE W0172RU Toughpower 850W SLI Power Supply

    ASUS EN9600GT Silent/HTDI/512M GeForce 9600 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Video Card
    or
    ASUS EAH3870 TOP/G/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 3870 512MB GDDR4 PCI Express 2.0 Video Card

I'd drop the motherboard and CPU for an Intel setup with a Core2Quad Q6600 and a good P35 motherboard like the GigaByte P35-DS3 series or the Abit IP35 series. You can get better performance and better overclocking potential out of that. I'd see if you can afford an 8800GT, as they are close in price with the 9600GT but performs a bit better and with more shaders should be more future proof. In fact, the 8800GTS 512MB is pretty cheap these days and if you can stretch to get one it would be a great choice, the ECS one is $170 after rebate on Newegg.com.

Sorry, I have had very bad experiences with Intel and not had any problems with AMD in the past 8 years... I want opinions on the PSU and Video Cards... The CPU will not change!!!

Alright, well I'd drop the motherboard down to a more value one like an AMD 770 chipset based one and use the money to upgrade the graphics card to an 8800GTS 512MB. Also, for the power supply, get something with lower wattage, those two are complete overkill. A Corsair VX550 would be a great choice.

Looks good, but the PSU might be dodgy - Ultra PSUs don't have a good reputation. Change it for a 500W+ PSU from Enermax, Corsair, Seasonic or Antec. :)
