am building a new computer in about 1 and a 1/2 weeks and am trying to think of a name for it. im not modding it or doing anything special just want a name. am wanting it named after liek a mythological creature and have currently come up with: Succubus. anyone else have any ideas as to good mythological names? if it helps, specs will be: core i7 920 (or the 930 if it is out) Asus P6TD Deluxe 6GB of corsair xms3 1600 Mhz Geforce GTX260 Antec 1200
Easy, call it Bloomfield. I like to call my computer's after the name of the CPU core. I prefer it to naming it after beasts..

If you wanna name this thing something other than antec 1200, you have to mod it's appearance in some way at least. At least get a sticker of something, such as a mythological creature, or a transformer character, a porn star, whatever you like, and that will be it's name.
Leviathan, Kraken, Caladrius would be an easy theme, just paint it white.... Behemoth... at the end of days.. apparently, dont quote me on this when it happens... Leviathan and Behemoth will fight and destroy eachother *shrugs* These are just general mythilogical creatures, but you can probbly find some funky ones by googling more... Else, Barney, Fred, Dave and "the computer" are all good names....
Not modded? No name. It's just a PC. The only computer's I've named are my servers... dunno why people name servers, but they always have... so who am I to argue.
No Mod = No Name. Unless, as someone said you want to call it the cassette deck due to the Antec 1200.
They name them just-in-case they become self-aware then take over the world. A maniacal uber-computer has to have a name so you can beg for your life. Take HAL for instance.............Hello, Is that you Dave?
