Can we get back on topic and ignore the case - it's down to the builder to make his choice and we've all made our recommendations :)

Just wanted to say thanks for all the suggestions so far....Ive not quite finalised my build yet...pay day is afterall a few days away.

Im still undecided on the case tho I have sorta put the HAF to the side. I know sometimes cases are a more personal choice but Im more sorta interested in a case with good cooling, not to noisy, good dust filters and have enough space to eventually upgrade to have 2 x gfx cards.

    My shortlist is now:
    Cooler master atcs 84
    Coolermaster RC-1100
    Antec 1200
    Lancool Dragon-Lord

Ive read some good reviews on each, the cooling for all seems not to bad and better dust filters etc than the HAF. Got a few days to decide yet :D

OH - forgot to add, Im not really likely to get into watercooling anytime soon :)

In that case don't bother with the HAF. I've been massively tempted to get a ATCS 840 for a couple of months, does everything the HAF does, is the lightest case i've ever come accross, great and quiet cooling. And has DUST FILTERS on all intake fans. TBH i've almost convinced myself to get one now... :p

I think Ive almost finalised my build now.

    CPU: Intel Core i5 750 £163.99
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55-UD5 Intel P55 £122.99
    RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 £99.99
    HDD: Samsung F3 1TB £62.99
    GFX: Asus ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express £224.99
PSU: Antec TruePower New Modular 750W £94.99
Case: Antec 1200 Twelve Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case £109.99

    Ive also went for:
    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-067-AK
    to replace my CPU fan.

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CD-041-OT&groupid=701&catid=10&subcat=951
    As my DVD Drive.

I might consider dropping my PSU a bit, and putting the difference in cost in changing from the Antec 1200, and going for ATCS 840 (It DOES look good and gets amazing reviews):

After that I probably have around £160 left to which I am going to look at a 23 or 24" monitor tho Im worried that my budget probably wouldnt get me a decent monitor..

Any final thoughts or suggestions from anyone? :)

PSU is indeed overkill try something around 600W, you don't need to spend more than £70
