a XP-120 would be the best, its made with a coper core and the rest is aluminum.
i think for that socket you need a adapter.
the best fan is the last one on the page.
good luck finding one in the US

the best materals are in best to worst order
    dimond
    silver
    copper
    gold
    aluminum
    wood

    Holy crap! 59dba!

I think, if i put all my computers next to each other in one place, they would not total 59dba!

Do they come with a pair of ear plugs?

if by "best fan" he means highest airflow then its not far wrong, but i got one of those fans for comedy value and trust me its bloody hilarious, think hoover+hairdrier+lawnmower and its almost there.

imo the best 120mm fan papst, enough airflow and quiet as can be
wont go far wrong with panaflo or silenx as well (even if the specs of silenx fans look absolutely amazing, they have their own "special" way of rating them and in real life theyre not far different to good papst and panaflo fans)

Id buy a new keyboard if i were you - that "1" key looks a tad sticky. :duh:

No the thermalright doesnt look like it supports LGA sockets, infact hardly anything does atm :sigh: A lot of LGA boards have caps real close to the heatsink area so anything out of spec is more than likely gonna have problems. If you can get a retail intel heatsink they are very good! although do take your fingers off cause the fan is unguarded. :eeek:
