hey all had a 1.6 athlon with nothing good on the laptop 256 ram and 20gb hdd. paid alot of money for a 600quid 4 year warrentty. 3 years later my laptop starts messing up so i sent it back to time who were no more it went to another company to the repair 2 months later still no laptop phoned them and phoned up and then after 4 months and them saying o u will get a new laptop we cant repair this u will get 1 just the same. i was like ok not a problem, so 4 months of this getting a new laptop no phone calls at all. so i phoned trading standards and they told me to send them a letter saying u have been in contact with us and so on.... last week a new laptop came, nothing like the 1 i had AMD SEMPRON 3000 512 DDR RAM DVDRW dual layer and X700 GFX dunno what this post is all about but am well happy yay!!! 4 months wait for a ace laptop!!!
