    I find punk a bit repetitive :(

I like the odd song ... AFI - The boy who destroyed the world <-- has a good tune

    Ho Hum

Oh and Gary Numan - My Jesus is really good ... check out his new stuff:)

That sounded so .... Out of place :blah:

I got that album the day it came out with the uber ltd edition case... Ooooooooh funky. Haven't listened to in a while actually. Aren't they due for some new material soon?

    *is a Placebo freak*

If anyone wants to know what GlassJAw are like I'd recommend the tracks:
    Ry Ry's Song
    Siberian Kiss
    Radio Cambodia
    Ape Dos Mil
    and Two Tabs of Mescaline

Rah, they all rock so bad :D

Maybe out of place but it's my two pennies worth, I've listened to the Linkin Park album and It didn't really do much for me :sigh:

    As for Placebo;

"Placebo have now confirmed that they have found a producer for their 4th (as yet untitled) album. Speaking at the 4Scott tribute gig, Brian announced that they would be joined in the studio in July by Jim Abbiss, who’s previously worked with the likes of Sneaker Pimps, Bjork, U.N.K.LE. DJ Shadow and pop princess Kylie Minogue. The band has already laid down several tracks both whilst on the road and at home thanks to their new home studio set ups and are looking forward to beginning work again this summer. During an interview for Silver Rocket, Brian stated that he hoped that the recording of the 4th album would not take as long as BMM so expect them to be in the studio for "longer than 3 months but less than 9". Known tracks are ‘Protect me’, 'Special Needs’, 'Multiply', 'Fade Out', 'Cavity Search' and ‘English Summer Rain’ (5 of these songs were premiered for SR during the interview and include Brian playing the drums on ‘English Summer Rain’)"

Hmmmm Glassjaw do own! But....nothing beats the first KoRn album. I'd have to say that Untouchables comes a very close second. I really liked Issues too but not many others did :eyebrow: SpiKe, you know they are playing in Manchester/Glasgow/London in September? Mmm can't believe i'm gonna see em live :D

EDIT: My Tear Me Down is also Thoughtless. I got an MP3 of it called 'Floyd'....weird. And the Linkin Park album is....pants.

Isn't it "..by your thoughtless scheming" ?

Ok, back to the plot.. I'm just listening to it now.

In a nutshell, the ones I like (Pts.Of.Athrty, Rnw@y, My{Dsmbr and others) I really, really like.. excellent remixes (In fact My{Dsmbr could have come straight from Depeche Mode, awesome :)). The problem comes to the utter poo Rap mixes which, given that I hate Rap, don't do much for me.

The album really goes way up and waaay down for me and I'm almost tempted to burn a copy of it without the rap stuff. Linkin Park can write some really good songs, it's just a shame the direction they chose to remix it.. I'd love to see a NIN mix of some of this stuff.

Ive just "acquired" this album, there are only about 4 good remixes and the rest out of a 20 track album are just pants.

EDIT: And why are all the tack names rertarded? :grr:

Actually I think Trent Reznor is 'above' image of a band.
