Apple New mac book with stuck pixel :(

At least they gave you a replacement option. I work at a Apple certified repair center in the US and I get mac customers that ordered directly from Apple, got a DOA computer, and Apple told them they had to bring it in for repair. (Another week or two without a machine that was never used once) Totally bull if you ask me, but as a Authorized Apple Retailer, they won't accept returns from even us. We'll take it back from a customer as per our return policy, but we'll have to repair it and sell it as open box instead of sending it back to Apple.
