I wish I could tell you that. The first step in casting is to build a wooden mold so I think I've done 90% of the work already. It would be kinda cool to take it the rest of the way. @ModMinded...Radio collectors are a passionate lot. I've come in contact with many of them because of my work. There is no doubt that if you cut up a Zenith 811 they will hunt you and your family down. Imagine if they converted an original Apple I into a radio. Apple fanbois would lose their collective minds. You just have to respect that kind of passion.
A couple of simple, classy Philcos. I really like the contrast between the woodgrain and the black lacquer trim. I look at these designs, including the first and third photos in first post, as possible side panel designs for a standard tower case.
