Thing about benchmarks is that they are all completely pointless. You can tell whether this one is lying to you by using the hard drive and seeing if it takes 1.6 seconds to do anything, if not then you disk is fine :)

    1) does the disk seem unresponsive?
    2) what software do you have running in the background
    3) i take it you are using an tat 133 cable?
    4) try a different benchmark, ie sandra, allthough i would ignore benchmarks tbh

    1) Yes, I get the message "Windows writing delay error with hardware", to access the hardrive after this message, A full power restart is necessary to detect the Hardrive again.. (a ordinary restarts, makes the hardrive not detectible in Bios)

    2) A lot of stuff.... MSN, oDC++, IE etc..

    3) Yeah Im useing an ATA 133 round "blue" cable have tested diffrent cables... still the same problem

    4) Havent tried a diffrent benchmark yet.... will try Sandra

what du u mean by seatools??

Are u taking about the build in bios S.M.A.R.T technology?
This Bios test says everything is perfect...

I also used schedual test from Storage management in Windows...
That test used like 30 minutes.... but I have a feeling it just stopped in the middel of test 5... because it jumped to 11% then to 29% and then after maybe 5-10 minutes... the the omputer restart..

In storage management it said at risk... and told me to reconnect the hardware... I did... in the program told me it was healty...

But the same problems still accure....
