    Good day to all.

Well I bought these drawer knobs to use as case feet. They are nice and fit my build BUT they are knobs not feet, and so on to making new ones.

as you see nice but to narrow

So I got a freebie from work, saw spacers, unfortunately some alloy type that does not easily file

using hack saw cut my blocks

here is where I realized alloy = hardwork :hehe: about an hour each to square up. Drilled and tapped. Now making octagon shoes needed to save energy so back with hacksaw to slice corners

much faster to slice corners then cut off and just a little filing. slices also act as depth gauge.
    4 octagon blocks so far

Have to respect your efforts. Filing metal parts to shape is a pain. Especially if there are more than one! +
