I've never owned anything Play Station wise and I'm not really sure how the whole download things works.

I recently purchased a white PSP GO for myself which was cleanly formatted, so no games but my son decided he wanted one too and he bought a black one which has 2 games already on it.

Now the guy in the store tells me that I can download and install games on my psp and as long as I log into my play staion account on my sons psp then I can redownload the same games to his (upto 5 times apparently).

If I do this will he still be able to have his own account and will it affect the games that are already installed.

    Cheers

No idea. Personally I would have gone old skool with the discs and a used psp. Sorry I can't advise on the psp go.

That was the original idea but all the 2nd ones in the store were knackered, scratched to hell and much more bulky than the GO, Vita was the way I wanted to go but way to pricey for my pocket.

These two are pretty much spot on, I happy to download the games and UMD movies would be a waste of money for me as I am just ripping my dvd's to mp4 and playing them instead.

Oh some game recomendations would be nice too, preferably older ones as they seem to be cheaper.

I'm considering one of the GTA games but not ChinaTown as I don't like the top down game play.

You can only play the games that you've bought when signed into your account, so he won't be able to play them unless he's signed in as you on the PSP.

Brilliant, my sons just been testing his and it looks like the joystick is shafted, it won't respond and just shoots off up to the top left corner, grrrrrrrrrrr back to game on Monday but they didn't have another.

The stick doesn't calibrate when you power it on does it? Have you tried turning it on ensuring you're not touching the stick at the same time?

IF only you saw mine which is in excellent condition and still for sale

if the games are tied to the account you may have to log into that account to play the games

I probably would have made you an offer too, it was a 3000 I wanted originally.

I had a feeling I had seen one up for sale here but forgot to search for it :(

Just giving it a full charge and the I'll try that.
