no, i know this isnt elecrtical or fancy and has little to do with modding (i think), but a tools a tool eh? my all new and improved hammer:::: http://www.estwing.com/newproducts.htm
Nice. Work much better than a regular hammer? I think I saw one of those at a hardware shop, or Canadian Tire once.
Interesting. I suppose the shape of it, and those two funky rivets are to cut down on vibration? (Err... the kind transmitted up into your arm through the hammer when you strike something with it, I mean.) Wierd. If nothing else, it is a conversation piece...
its actually got a biult in shock absorber to take 50% of the shock that usually gets your teeth when you hit summot hard. its shape enables you to remove nails easier and to strike nails straight every time from any angle instead of bending awkward ones. and as for any diff to a normal hammer, normal hammer would be 4/5 strikes for a 3" nail, this would be 2. plus its perfectly balanced so it feels light but is heavier than most other hammers plus it will last me years so worth the money i think
You wuss!!!! Many Jobs.... 1 hammer.... The Sledge baby Great fun, use a sledge to nail a picture nail into a plasterboard wall.-* *- please note, this post is complete and utter balls.

its true, those hammers are great. we sell them where i work. they are quite nice. plus its got the metal gaurd on the front of the hammer so its nearly impossible to break the thing if you miss your target
