If you want to run 1/2" tubing and are set on the ddc you could look into this replacement top. But once you buy the pump and get this top, dual CSP-MAG's might be an option worth looking at if space isn't an absolute premium. This will also give you more plumbing options, both now and in the future.

I have one DD CSP-MAG pump and two Maze4 blocks. Is this alright, or would it be better to use (2) CSP-MAGs or (1) DD-D5 pump? I'm just questioning my flowrate.

First of all thanks stev for the info on the DDC. Second...

Space is definately not a problem. I have a stacker. Now would I run the pumps in series or do you have something else in mind?

It would depend on your specific setup. If you have a restrictive loop, put them in series for more head pressure. If you have a non-restrictive loop, then parallel for more flow. To be sure though try both setups to see which works best. An added little bounus is that in either configuration, if one pump fails there will still be water flow albeit dimmished. Here's a couple other ideas as well.

You may want to find a flow chart for a dual setup before you commit and compare to the ddc. The output of the csp-mag is supposed to be very slightly higher than the csp-750, which was available as a dual setup so there must be a flow chart or review of a dual setup out there somewhere... but I haven't seen one as yet.

After looking at all the options it looks like a single D5 is the most practical and cost effective solution. I thank you all for all of your help, I do however have two more questions.

Are dangerden's coolant fluids worth the price, and if so which is best mct-40, mct-5, or fluid xp. The sale they are holding on the first two looks tempting and I was curious if they were of any real benefit.

The second is will this fit on the BIXII:
    shroud

If it doesn't where can I get a good shroud?
