Modding newb question about fans

    Hey, I got my mobo w/ heatsink pre-assembled and I was wondering about something. Should the fan on the heatsink be blowing the air as an "exhaust" or an "intake"? It looks to be a 60?mm fan, yet I don't feel any air coming from it. Shouldn't it be sucking the hot air away (exhaust?) and I should feel the air flow when I move my hand somewhat close to it? If I'm wrong, tell me why please. Btw, the fan is a coolermaster 60mm?...not sure on heatsink.

    In a nutshell, (unless it's an Alpha heatsink), the fan should always be blowing onto it, so you won't feel anything from the top of the fan.

    or just try both ways round and see which one works best for you...
