    Hello.

After looking at the many project logs here, I have gotten many ideas for case modifaction. I have a few minor questions about material

    1) What is the smallest radius that you can bend acrylic at. This is one of the biggest parts of one project is one piece of acrylic with 2 bends in it. Only problem is the bend needs to be pretty close to 90*. What is a sturdy thickness I should use?

    2) What is a good rad to use in a pretty basic watercooling system. I would just be cooling the CPU and the GPU I think.

    Thanks

    -Dan

Acrylic up to 1/4 should bend 90 degrees just fine, anything more and you risk the acrylic "pinching" due to the thickness.

I would recommend the Black Ice GTS rads, they are low priced and very effective. A GTS 120 would be just fine for your application.
