I was browsing today only and found this:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/productinfo.asp?WebProductID=264532

Teh dimensions are almost identical to that of my shuttle, my shuttle case is a bit scratched up and i've been meaning to replace it for a while, im thinking this would make a nice cheap case.

    suggestions, ideas, opinions?

Sounds like a funky idea, but how thick is the aluminium on that?

Probably not real thick, most likely alu skin on plastic subchassis.

personally dude, if your looking for a tote-able shuttle, i would take the time to mirror finish or resurface ur shuttle's case, and then attach a handle to the top of it, i was thinking the style of handle found on the army ammo boxes, as those fold down to low profile, but become exceptionally good handles when need be, plus, its way more convienient then having your computer in a box or something i think, just one less thing to lose or mess up, just my two cents :dremel:
