    Are those they only compatible Nike shoes? 'cause let's be honest, they're not real running shoes so seems a bit stupid if they are. Wouldn't be seen dead running in them.

    I'd definitely be buying in if it could be used on any shoe. As it happens, I run in Nikes, just not those ghastly things.

    And shame it's not an HRM. :sigh:

    Blue Peter is famous for showing you how to make stuff - usually out of toilet rolls, eggboxes & cereal packets. And maybe a bit of sticky-back-plastic. The presenters invariably make a hash of making the item as the show you the steps you have to go through, hence the 'here's one I made earlier' quote.
