DS Nintendo DS recommendations

    Just ordered one from amazon.co.uk but via a seller on there for £39.99 + £4.50 P&P. I'll keep you posted!

    i guess i should consider myself lucky that i live in a city that's very "asian." just walked into a store and bought the R4 for $80.

    They are incredibly easy to use - though the manual is very badly translated and useless. I can guide anyone who really needs help, but it literally is just a case of putting the .NDS files on your MicroSD, loading that card into the R4 adapter and then putting that in the DS like a normal gamecard. All you do then is select the .NDS file using the browser which automatically boots with the DS when the card is in.

    There's very occasional problems with certain games needing certain file structures - namely the Quake DS port - but nothing that isn't easy to explain.

    Cheers Joe, Doug I searched high and low ( I'll blame Joe too) but thats the lowest price I could find. Infact there are some on amazon and ebay that are 55 quid! Obviously people are getting into homebrew or illegal activities using them, but we won't go into that form my health and safety!

    Apparenty the R4 is due for delivery tomorrow or the 23rd!

    No, only that they are monitoring the situation.

    The R4 is great for DS piracy, but lets not forget homebrew :hehe:
