You're kidding, right? I paid $249.99 plus tax, as did the other 43 people who got one when I did. $320 and change after you add in the cost of a game, and sales tax. I'm pretty sure that any store selling them for over the MSRP right now is in some violation of a Nintendo agreement of sorts. Of course, they could well be only selling them to people who'll buy three games alongside, which is an entirely different story. Doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Aside from much wider availability (relatively speaking, of course, it's still hard to find last I checked), all but one person I've talked to so far thinks the thing rocks. Graphics be damned, it's FUN! And graphics aren't bad either, just not as good as the 360/PS3 - I've had a few people see mine and be quite impressed with what it's putting out.
