    Hey all,

I just reinstalled my watercooling (cleaned it, new cooler etc) and now I am filling it again.

Now the pump doesn't push the water up, neither does it suck.. while the reservoir is totally full.. this is how it is setup atm:

Now it DOES pump.. and I hear it going.. but it takes up really small bubbles up at the same time and the waterlevel in the reservoir is still above the outlet..

What could cause this? Should I let the pump stay on all night or?

Any help is appreciated (I fill my pc @ my reservoir; I don't have a fillport)

    :sigh:

I'm no hardcore watercooler, but shouldn't the res be on the pump inlet?

sounds like you've got an airlock of some sort in the radiator, try tipping the pc onto its side (presuming the res is sealed) and watch to see what happens, it should reveal if you've got air in the rad.

@ tank rider: I tried that.. and it didn't work.. there was allot of air stuck I guess..

@ Thomsono: Thnx, that worked =) I guess I should get some sleep =)

The water is flowing like a river again

yah the res would be too big of a pressure drop and effectively the pump coudln't push the water any higher. Res' should almost always be on the suction side never at the beginning of the push side
