    Hi all
Normally I turn my PC off - but recently I've started to use the "Stand By" mode in Windows XP. This works fine except that when left over night the computer will not *kick the monitor*

The PC definitely boots up, as if I reboot blind... by pressing: Windows Key, then U, then U; the comp will turn off and it restarts fine.

I've been looking through google and not found any people that have my problems - only on Win2k upgrades.

Now the system I have is as per signature, but additional things are: Logitech Cordeless mous and keyboard... both in PS/2 holes not the USB

I have tried turning off all ACPI power options in BIOS and now just have "any key" - which wont (and has never) managed to turn the compback on (as an aside anyone know how to get this on?)

Any thoughts would be gratefully received - its a bit annoying :)
