What are you going to use this build for? Why do you have so much memory in it? As for PSU recommendations, 650W or so should be enough. See my guide here for PSU recommendations.
I would change the gpu to a 560/560ti as the extra vram on the 550ti isn't doesn't make up for the actual gpu. I would also just get a i7 2600k and then overclock, this then means you could spend more in other areas. As for the psu, the antec TruePower 650w should be enough and its partially modular
Definitely get a beefier GPU, you will only regret it! Also save some cash and either get the i7 2600k or if your not going to be doing encoding/folding/rendering save even more and get i5-2500k! Also grab a decent PSU 650~700w should be plenty for that and make sure its from a decent brand name e.g. corsair etc
I wouldn't touch a Creative sound card with a bargepole if I could help it. Otherwise; it's about right. I'd suggest going for the 2600K. The 100mhz difference can easily be made up, and it's cheaper! Besides that; it all looks about set, a better GPU might be an idea, and possibly try and grab a spare HDD from an old PC for a bit of extra storage, but those aren't pressing concerns.
