http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090402/ts_nm/us_korea_north Korea have just launched this missile that is believed to be a long range missile capable of 4200 miles. Japan has just launched this. News reporters sound worried?
Bit more from the beeb also: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/7982835.stm Lets hope it is just a simple satellite and not worse as suspected.
Yes, it's like having nukes. Countries that already have them = ok, countries that don't but want them = bad.
Now what ever happened to them Russian bomber planes with nukes and ****? Catch my drift? Give it a few weeks and this will be magically forgotten cause there will be something new to shiver about. ...Buuh!
They were flying sorties a few months ago, remember the RAF scrambled a couple of typhoons to escort them out of NATO air space.
Russians had them near UK airspace not too long ago, remember reading they where close to being shot down.
You know ordinarily this is the stance I take on the west's imperialistic ******** but with N.Korea I'd rather not give them an inch. Yes its a bit of a double standard but the majority of their population has been brainwashed in the very literal sense to believe their leader wasn't the son of a god who is alive still today.
Oh yeah I remember that now That's the thing with the public, if it's not in the news it's forgotten, most people thought the war in Afganistan was over until there was a lot of news coverage on it last year or so.
Usual sabre rattling by North Korea basically nothing new, there like children if they dont get attention they throw their toys out of the pram. Always happens they just like to be in the media dosn't mean they'll do anything.
