    Hey guys.
I couldn't find a Samsung F3 drive on my usual sources (Scan and amazon) so I decided to look around for them, and found that Novatech has them in stock.
Now I have heard of them around the interwebs before, but I don't know if they're actually any good. Has anybody had experience with them, and was it good or bad?

    Cheaper at Amazon! :thumb:

I've heard of Novatech but never used them, Google says they're fine though.

Bought a lappy and a mobo/cpu bundle from them, about 700s worth, no issues, although Amazon are usually cheaper :p

Bought a case and a gpu from them without any problems.
I had a problem with the power button on the case after about 8 months and they were happy to take it back and get a new one from coolermaster for me, took about a month but I got a brand new case when I just thought it was being repaired.

I use Novatech loads as I live fairly close to one of their stores. Normally not as cheap as other places (usually just a few pounds) but the convenience of picking it up and having it the same day is useful to me, plus you can use quid-co when you order on-line and collect in store.

i've been using Novatech since around 2002 without any problem, they started in Portsmouth, now have stores in Reading, near Bristol, and a few other places.

They're as good as any other computer retailer out there.
The company I work with has been buying parts and systems from them for the past 6 or more years and they haven't had any issues so far.

Yeah, Novatech are better than Scan imo, Scan have a larger stock assortment, but i've always found the 20min train ride, and talking to them a pleasant experience. Any issues i've had have been dealt with with ease.

I bought a case from them several years back and everything went smoothly. I would have no problem using them again.

Bought my 7850 a few weeks back. Ordered on a Thursday with free delivery, should've been coming 3-5 business days. Was shipped on the Monday, in my hands by Tuesday morning, very impressed. Only gripe was that I didn't receive my download code for dirt showdown and have been too lazy to ask for it since, not really my kind of game and the card was an excellent price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, assuming they were consistently ahead of schedule with their free delivery service.

Don't accept it - send it back. If you've paid for a new item, that's what you should get.

    That would be super :thumb:

    :hehe:

Really though, it is a pet peeve of mine. Americans did it :/ If you're American, it makes perfect sense. It's just another part of English that American people have "done their own version of". I can't for the life of me understand why - I don't see anything wrong with the original. If it isn't broken...

    Done. :hehe:

I'm English mate. Not sure why I wrote that the way I did. Probably corrected myself and then corrected myself again. Too much tinkering haha
