I use the Bristol/Portishead branch for any PC needs as they arise these days.

Sometimes I'll order in advance to collect, other times I'll pop down.

Could count on one hand how many times I've been there in honesty, but I've always seen people in there, the staff are always friendly and helpful, but not pushy, and most importantly you get internet prices in the shop.

    Bargain.

If there's something you KNOW you want, you can check stock in the store via their website, and/or order for collection in store.

Worth checking if you're after a "must have" component that they would've otherwise run out of, as they'll ship it over in time.

Novatech are pretty cool, the sales guys leave you alone which is nice. The stores pretty much follow the Argos way of doing a layout, very minimal.
I was in the Pompey one on saturday and was in the Portished one a few months back.

I would highly recommendif you have to visit any branch EXECPT the portsmouth one that you check availablity online before making the drive, as the portsmouth store will always have stock available where as the other tores may ned to have items ordered in (takes 24 hours for them to ship out).

I've used them since their original Portchester store was half it's current size as their prices are generally always competitive and the staff helpful. The queues in store at weekends can be horrendous, so I always buy online and pickup in store. The items that ive returned have never caused me any problems so generally I'd say all in all s good store!

I only ever visit the store if I need something that day or on the weekend since it's the only store within a 20 mile radius I can buy a relatively wide range of computer stuff. But otherwise it's almost always cheaper and easier to get free next day delivery on Scan as Novatech's prices are usually a fair bit higher than elsewhere.

The queues in the Portsmouth store are pretty bad almost every day I seem to go, not just weekends.

I'm a five minute walk from the Portishead store; it's epic.
Competitive prices, good service and reliable. Plus one of my friends works there so I can get discount sometimes.
